Registering for a Sport at PCS
All sports registrations will go through the designated team app/website. Online registration will be made available prior to each season.
Every athlete must submit a sports physical confirming they are cleared before participating in practice or team activities. This examination must be conducted by a physician or a qualified medical professional. Sports physicals are good for one year.
