What is something you enjoy about working at PCS? I enjoy the smaller class sizes and the expectation to teach ideas thoroughly and from a Christian worldview. The students at PCS are able to be seen and known because our ratios are smaller and we typically have our students for several years in a row. Teachers have the opportunity to be aware of their academic needs, spiritual growth and emotional well-being because of this.
