Elsie has been at PCS for six years. She often can be found helping out with projects around the school and is always willing to lend a hand. As she is nearing graduation, Elsie is planning to do an internship with Pine Valley Camp after graduation and ultimately end up in missions work. That is an amazing goal! Here's what Elsie had to say about being a PCS Warrior.
What is a fond memory of your time here, or something special about PCS? There’s community because the school is small and you get to know everyone.
Is there anything you will miss about PCS? The community with everyone there all the time.
Is there a scripture verse that is meaningful to you this year? 2 Corinthians 12:9 And He has said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness." Most gladly, therefore, I will rather boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may dwell in me.
Do you have any advice or words of wisdom for students in the grades below you? Ya don’t gotta have it all figured out now just roll with it and if it ain’t right you can change it. God’s got control of all of it, so try to keep your focus on him and you’ll be fine. (Thanks for “keepin' it real”, Elsie!)
