Well Done, Aubrey!

This Senior Spotlight falls on Aubrey! A graduating member of our class of 2025, Aubrey has been at PCS for 12 years. Some of her fondest memories at PCS were all the times they got to bond as a class. She also adds, “I made many fun memories while participating in chapel club, cross country, and musicals. I will also never forget all the fun field days and fun runs that made my elementary years so exciting.”
What Aubrey will miss most from PCS is the community here, but she also adds, “I am thankful to know that the community will always be here to fall back on. I am also grateful that it prepared me so well for the years to come. I'll miss getting to connect with the elementary and laughing with all my classmates but I can't wait for what the next few years will bring.” The scripture that was the most meaningful to Aubrey this year is Ecclesiastes 12 and Luke 1:45 NIV “Blessed is she who has believed that the Lord would fulfill his promises to her!”
What Aubrey valued most from her education at PCS is the community of believers, which she adds, “I love the community of believers. I feel that I have been able to make connections with all of my teachers. In every single class our teachers find a way to integrate the Christian worldview into what we are learning which I have appreciated so much. I have been able to learn how God is within subjects we learn and education as a whole”. The most valuable thing Aubrey says she learned at PCS is that everyone has been created by God, in His image, with a specific plan and purpose. Our worth is not found in the things of this world but rather in God and His overwhelming love for us.
Aubrey's words of advice or wisdom to her underclassmen at PCS are, “Time really does go by fast, so try to make the most of it by learning, spending time with others, getting involved, trying new things, and giving God the glory in everything. Some of the best memories are made when you least expect them, so be in the moment.”
Aubrey will be missed by our entire Warrior community! After graduation, Aubrey plans to attend Waynesburg University to pursue a bachelor's degree in nursing. May God bless you in your next adventure, Aubrey. Well Done, Warrior!
